Reactivate a Yearly Subscription After Payment Declined

If your payment for a yearly Active Takeoff subscription was declined, your subscription will be paused until payment is completed. Follow the steps below to reactivate your subscription and regain access.

Open your renewal email or link
Look for an email from Active Takeoff or our payment provider with a renewal or payment link. You can also use the direct link provided if available.

The link will take you to our secure payment portal.
